We strive to provide high-quality services, courses, and events. This Refunds & Cancellations Policy explains when refunds are available and how cancellations are handled. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.

Digital Courses & Downloads

 •    Downloadable Products: All downloadable digital products (guides, files, resources) are non-refundable once delivered.
 •    Non-Downloadable Courses (Access-Only): You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed or started the course content. Once any portion of the course has been accessed, the course is considered used and is non-refundable.
 •    Recurring Subscriptions: Recurring memberships or subscription-based courses are generally non-refundable. You may cancel future renewals at any time, but charges already processed are final.

One-on-One Bookings

 •    24-Hour Policy: You may cancel or reschedule a one-on-one session up to 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
 •    Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend, will be charged the full session fee.
 •    No Refunds After Session Delivery: Once a one-on-one session has begun or been completed, the fee is non-refundable, regardless of outcome.

Sound Baths

 •    Private Sound Baths: Must be canceled or rescheduled at least 7 days in advance for a refund. Cancellations made within 7 days, or failure to attend, will result in the full fee being charged.
 •    Community Sound Baths (In-Person): Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full ticket price.
 •    Virtual Group Sessions (Zoom / Collective Healing Modalities): Access to collective online sound baths, meditation circles, or group healing sessions is non-refundable once the session has started. Cancellations may be made up to 24 hours in advance for a refund.

Collaborations, Retreats & Festivals

 •    Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to qualify for a refund.
 •    Cancellations made within 7 days of the event, or failure to attend, will result in the full event fee being charged.

Affiliate Purchases

 •    Products or services purchased through affiliate links are processed by the third-party brand or company, not by It’s Cheree Marie.
 •    Refunds, cancellations, and customer service for those purchases are governed by the third party’s policies. Please review the terms of the brand you purchase from.

Final Notes

  •    Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  •    Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
  •    We reserve the right to refuse a refund if abuse of this policy is suspected.
